  Computer Servicing and Upgrading:

CDees provides in-house (at the office) and onsite computer servicing. CDees does not charge any charges (at the present time) to check out or asses a computer in-house. A minimum $25 onsite service charge exists for onsite servicing.

Examples of Computer Servicing and Upgrading (but not limited to):
1) Computer is running too slow - CDees can backup data and computer settings, reinstall Windows (with all current updates) to run more efficiently, install free utility programs to help against unwanted programs that often attach to Internet accessible computers. $90

2) Computer viruses/trojan horse programs/worms - CDees can remove unwanted computer threats (viruses - worms - spyware - junkware) $25 - $60 (Depending on time spent recovering system)

3) Hardware replacement - CDees can replace most all defective hardware components (dial-up modem / mouse / hard drive / etc.) Hardware prices vary per hardware components and servicing starts at $25

4) Computer Upgrades - CDees can upgrade computer components (more memory, larger hard drive, etc.) Hardware prices vary per hardware components and servicing starts at $25
 

Computer Sales (Used or New):

Custom Built New Computers:
CDees builds customized new computers to fit the needs of the user. CDees uses high quality components, updates all custom built computers with all latest updates/patches, installs programs/applications used to help protect against computer threats, and sets up the computer onsite. All CDees custom built computers use universal parts as opposed to major manufactures that use proprietary parts that can be expensive to replace and hard to locate. New computers vary in price depending on specifications and components.

Used Computers:
CDees occasionally stocks a wide variety of cost effective used PCs & Notebook PCs. CDees overhauls used computers by thoroughly checking them out, occasionally upgrading critical components, reloading a fresh copy of the original Operating System (Windows), updating Windows with all the current updates/patches, and installing software utilities used to help against computer threats. Used PCs and Notebook PCs vary in price depending on specifications and components.

Purchasing from Major Manufacture Tips:
If purchasing from a major vendor (Sony, Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.), CDees recommends not to purchase the cheapest PC. Also, CDees recommends not to purchase the highest price PC. Usually something in the middle is the most cost-effective way to purchase PC(s). Be sure to check around from different retailers and manufactures for price differences [with same specifications / parts].

 

Home/Office Networking & Internet Connectivity:

CDees can enable multiple computers to share files, printers, Internet, or a combination of the three. CDees also provides onsite setup service for connecting PC(s) & Notebook PC(s) to the Internet. CDees provides onsite servicing to help protect against threats (worms, trojan-horse programs, junkware, spyware, viruses, etc.) for home based systems.

  Network Security:
Perhaps one of the most critical aspects of any networked environment is network security. ComputerDees can help implement defensive strategies to protect sensitive data or applications. ComputerDees has implemented numerous software and hardware based firewall and back-up systems. Also, Internet and email filtering (SPAM), junkware/spyware protection, and of course anti virus support too.
 
 

Onsite Back-Ups and Maintenance:
ComputerDees can make periodic visits to help keep computer related equipment updated and working properly. CDees can also come onsite periodically to back-up critical data and keep either onsite or offsite.

Back-Up Tip:
DO IT NOW! ! ! ! - Purchase a Flash/Memory Disk and copy important files (usually from My Documents) to it often.
